All products are handmade with care using natural ingredients. However, by purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that use is at your own risk. Amy’s Handmade Soap is not liable for any adverse reactions, injury, or damages resulting from the use of our products. Please read all labels and ingredient information carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. All products are subject to availability.

Each product is carefully handmade in small batches, making every bar uniquely crafted. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and fragrance may occur from batch to batch. These natural differences are part of the charm and character of handmade soap and do not affect the quality or performance of the product. We take pride in this unique artistic process and appreciate your understanding that no two items are exactly alike.

3. Order Acceptance

Amy’s Handmade Soap reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are accepted once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Exchange Policy for information on returns and exchanges. No refunds are offered.

6. Intellectual Property
