Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Area

Shipping is available to Canadian addresses only.

We do not ship to the United States or international destinations.

Shipping Method

Only standard flat rate shipping is offered at this time.

Expedited or express shipping options are not available at this time

Delivery Time

Standard shipping delivery times generally range from 3 to 10 business days within Canada.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Order Tracking

All shipments do include tracking information, which will can be shared with you upon request or if any issues arise.

Delays or Issues

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

Amy’s Handmade Soap is not responsible for delivery delays once the package leaves our facility, but we will assist with any issues.
